Mortgage\uff08UWM\uff09\u662f\u62b5\u62bc\u8d37\u6b3e\u884c\u4e1a\u7684\u9886\u5148\u4f01\u4e1a\uff0c\u56e0\u5176\u4e3a\u7ecf\u7eaa\u4eba\u3001\u4fe1\u7528\u793e\u548c\u793e\u533a\u94f6\u884c\u91cf\u8eab\u5b9a\u5236\u7684\u91d1\u878d\u4ea7\u54c1\u548c\u670d\u52a1\u800c\u5e7f\u53d7\u8ba4\u53ef\u3002\u8be5\u516c\u53f8\u662f\u4e00\u5bb6\u79c1\u8425\u4f01\u4e1a\uff0c\u603b\u90e8\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5bc6\u6b47\u6839\u5dde\u5e9e\u8482\u4e9a\u514b\u5e02\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u5176\u904d\u5e03\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u72ec\u7acb\u62b5\u62bc\u8d37\u6b3e\u7ecf\u7eaa\u4eba\u7f51\u7edc\u5411\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u63d0\u4f9b\u5e38\u89c4\u8d37\u6b3e\u3001\u653f\u5e9c\u8d37\u6b3e\u548c\u5de8\u989d\u8d37\u6b3e\uff0c\u5728\u4e1a\u754c\u4eab\u6709\u76db\u8a89\u3002<\/p>\n<p><h2>\u534e\u76db\u987f\u5927\u5b66\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u6a21\u5f0f<\/h2><\/p>\n<p><uwm operates as a wholesale lender, meaning they do not interact directly with consumers. instead, work independent mortgage brokers who handle the customer interaction and loan origination process. once is originated, uwm purchases it from broker services it. company\u2019s primary responsibility to underwrite, fund, service loans originated by its client\u2014mortgage brokers.\n\nthis business model allows for flexibility scalability. burdened costs logistics associated interacting consumers, therefore, can concentrate on improving their underwriting, funding, servicing processes provide better clients.\n\n<h2>\u534e\u76db\u987f\u5927\u5b66\u7684\u4f18\u52bf<\/H2><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u8d37\u6b3e\u4ea7\u54c1\u8303\u56f4\u5e7f<\/strong> \u534e\u76db\u987f\u5927\u5b66\u63d0\u4f9b\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u8d37\u6b3e\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4f20\u7edf\u8d37\u6b3e\u3001FHA \u8d37\u6b3e\u3001VA \u8d37\u6b3e\u3001USDA \u8d37\u6b3e\u548c\u5de8\u989d\u8d37\u6b3e\u3002\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u8d37\u6b3e\u9009\u62e9\u4f7f\u7ecf\u7eaa\u4eba\u80fd\u591f\u6ee1\u8db3\u4e0d\u540c\u501f\u6b3e\u4eba\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u6280\u672f\uff1a<\/strong> UWM \u5bf9\u6280\u672f\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u5168\u9762\u6295\u8d44\uff0c\u8fd9\u4f7f\u5176\u80fd\u591f\u63d0\u4f9b\u9ad8\u6548\u3001\u7b80\u5316\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u3002\u5176\u4e13\u6709\u8f6f\u4ef6 UConnect \u53ef\u4e3a\u7ecf\u7eaa\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u8d37\u6b3e\u72b6\u6001\u7684\u5b9e\u65f6\u66f4\u65b0\uff0c\u800c UTrack \u5219\u53ef\u8ba9\u501f\u6b3e\u4eba\u8ddf\u8e2a\u8d37\u6b3e\u8fdb\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5177\u6709\u7ade\u4e89\u529b\u7684\u4ef7\u683c\uff1a<\/strong> \u897f\u6089\u5c3c\u5927\u5b66\u63d0\u4f9b\u5177\u6709\u7ade\u4e89\u529b\u7684\u5229\u7387\u548c\u5b9a\u4ef7\u3002\u8fd9\u5bf9\u5e0c\u671b\u4e3a\u5ba2\u6237\u63d0\u4f9b\u6700\u4f73\u4ea4\u6613\u7684\u7ecf\u7eaa\u4eba\u5f88\u6709\u5438\u5f15\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5168\u9762\u652f\u6301\uff1a<\/strong> UWM \u4e3a\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u548c\u652f\u6301\u611f\u5230\u81ea\u8c6a\u3002\u5b83\u4e3a\u7ecf\u7eaa\u4eba\u5ba2\u6237\u63d0\u4f9b\u5168\u9762\u7684\u57f9\u8bad\u3001\u8425\u9500\u8d44\u6e90\u548c\u4e13\u95e8\u7684\u5ba2\u6237\u7ecf\u7406\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u4ed6\u4eec\u53d6\u5f97\u6210\u529f\u3002<\/p>\n<p><h2>\u534e\u76db\u987f\u5927\u5b66\u7684\u52a3\u52bf<\/h2><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4e0e\u5ba2\u6237\u7684\u76f4\u63a5\u4e92\u52a8\u6709\u9650\uff1a<\/strong> \u4f5c\u4e3a\u6279\u53d1\u8d37\u6b3e\u673a\u6784\uff0cUWM \u4e0d\u76f4\u63a5\u4e0e\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u4e92\u52a8\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u6240\u6709\u7684\u6c9f\u901a\u90fd\u662f\u901a\u8fc7\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u7ecf\u7eaa\u4eba\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\uff0c\u8fd9\u6709\u65f6\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u6c9f\u901a\u4e0a\u7684\u9694\u9602\u548c\u8bef\u89e3\u3002<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u9700\u8981\u62b5\u62bc\u8d37\u6b3e\u7ecf\u7eaa\u4eba\uff1a<\/strong> \u8981\u83b7\u5f97 UWM \u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u548c\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u9700\u8981\u901a\u8fc7\u62b5\u62bc\u8d37\u6b3e\u7ecf\u7eaa\u4eba\u3002\u8fd9\u5c31\u4e3a\u559c\u6b22\u76f4\u63a5\u4e0e\u8d37\u6b3e\u4eba\u6253\u4ea4\u9053\u7684\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u989d\u5916\u7684\u6b65\u9aa4\u3002<\/p>\n<p><h2>\u534e\u76db\u987f\u5927\u5b66\u8054\u76df\u8ba1\u5212<\/h2><\/p>\n<p>UWM \u63d0\u4f9b\u6781\u5177\u5438\u5f15\u529b\u7684\u4f1a\u5458\u8ba1\u5212\u3002\u8be5\u8ba1\u5212\u9762\u5411\u62b5\u62bc\u8d37\u6b3e\u548c\u623f\u5730\u4ea7\u884c\u4e1a\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u8005\u3001\u535a\u4e3b\u548c\u7f51\u7ad9\u6240\u6709\u8005\u3002\u8054\u5c5e\u4f1a\u5458\u53ef\u4ece\u6bcf\u7b14\u6210\u4ea4\u8d37\u6b3e\u4e2d\u83b7\u5f97\u62a5\u916c\u3002\u8be5\u8ba1\u5212\u63d0\u4f9b\u8425\u9500\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6a2a\u5e45\u5e7f\u544a\u3001\u6587\u672c\u94fe\u63a5\u548c\u8ddf\u8e2a\u5de5\u5177\u3002 <\/p>\n<p><h2>\u897f\u5370\u5ea6\u7fa4\u5c9b\u5927\u5b66\u7684\u4e1a\u52a1\u6210\u679c\u548c\u89c4\u6a21<\/h2><\/p>\n<p>UWM \u662f\u5168\u7f8e\u6392\u540d\u7b2c\u4e00\u7684\u6279\u53d1\u8d37\u6b3e\u673a\u6784\uff0c\u5728 2020 \u5e74\u5b8c\u6210\u4e86 $1,825 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u62b5\u62bc\u8d37\u6b3e\u989d\u30022021 \u5e74\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5b63\u5ea6\uff0c\u5927\u534e\u94f6\u884c\u5b9e\u73b0\u51c0\u6536\u5165 $8.6 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u53d1\u653e\u62b5\u62bc\u8d37\u6b3e $592 \u4ebf\u7f8e\u5143\u3002\u516c\u53f8\u5df2\u6210\u529f\u5c06\u81ea\u5df1\u5b9a\u4f4d\u4e3a\u884c\u4e1a\u5de8\u5934\uff0c\u4e3a 7,000 \u591a\u5bb6\u7ecf\u7eaa\u5e97\u63d0\u4f9b\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u5e76\u96c7\u7528\u4e86 8,000 \u591a\u540d\u56e2\u961f\u6210\u5458\u3002<\/p>\n<p><h2>\u8d39\u7528\u3001\u6210\u672c\u548c\u4f63\u91d1<\/h2><\/p>\n<p>UWM \u63d0\u4f9b\u6709\u7ade\u4e89\u529b\u7684\u5b9a\u4ef7\u548c\u4f4e\u5ec9\u7684\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u8d39\u7528\u6839\u636e\u8d37\u6b3e\u7c7b\u578b\u548c\u6761\u6b3e\u800c\u6709\u6240\u4e0d\u540c\u3002\u901a\u5e38\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u7ecf\u7eaa\u4eba\u9700\u8981\u652f\u4ed8\u8d37\u6b3e\u91d1\u989d\u7684 0.5% \u5230 1% \u4e0d\u7b49\u7684\u53d1\u8d77\u8d39\u3002\u81f3\u4e8e\u4f63\u91d1\uff0cUWM \u6839\u636e\u5206\u7ea7\u7ed3\u6784\u652f\u4ed8\uff0c\u6570\u91cf\u8d8a\u591a\uff0c\u4f63\u91d1\u8d8a\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n<p><h2>\u7ed3\u8bba<\/h2><\/p>\n<p>\u8054\u5408\u6279\u53d1\u62b5\u62bc\u8d37\u6b3e\u516c\u53f8\uff08UWM\uff09\u662f\u62b5\u62bc\u8d37\u6b3e\u884c\u4e1a\u4e2d\u7684\u4f7c\u4f7c\u8005\uff0c\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u8d37\u6b3e\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3a\u7ecf\u7eaa\u4eba\u63d0\u4f9b\u987a\u7545\u3001\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u8d37\u6b3e\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002\u867d\u7136\u5176\u4e1a\u52a1\u6a21\u5f0f\u4e0d\u5141\u8bb8\u4e0e\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u76f4\u63a5\u4e92\u52a8\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u53ef\u6269\u5c55\u6027\u548c\u4e13\u6ce8\u6027\u65b9\u9762\u4e3a UWM \u521b\u9020\u4e86\u7ade\u4e89\u4f18\u52bf\u3002\u51ed\u501f\u5176\u5bf9\u6280\u672f\u7684\u627f\u8bfa\u3001\u6709\u7ade\u4e89\u529b\u7684\u5229\u7387\u548c\u5f3a\u5927\u7684\u652f\u6301\u7ed3\u6784\uff0cUWM
